Bobby C. Chung practices exclusively in the area of immigration and
citizenship law with emphasis in employment and family
based immigration. Mr. Chung is a former Attorney
Advisor with the US Department of Justice, Executive Office for
Immigration Review in Los Angeles.
He has extensive experience helping businesses, investors, and families
successfully navigate the US immigration process. Mr. Chung has been
invited to lecture on immigration law topics at major business and law
conferences.
Mr. Chung was a speaker
at the 2009
Los Angeles HR Star Conference for human resources professionals.
Mr. Chung
lectured on hot immigration topics, including how to effectively hire
and retain highly skilled foreign nationals and four critical strategies
to ensure compliance with the I-9 employment verification requirements.
Mr. Chung was also a speaker at the 2008
National Summit on Employment Law and Compliance in Washington DC
before an audience of business executives and human resources managers.

trends in worksite enforcement, strategies for developing an effective
I-9 compliance program, and visa
options for employing skilled foreign workers.
Mr. Chung was also a

Mr. Chung is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted
to practice before the US District Court for the Central District of
California and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Chung
graduated from the University of Southern California and obtained his
Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. He is a member
of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Los Angeles
Area Chamber of Commerce.
