Bobby C. Chung practices exclusively in the area of immigration and
nationality law with emphasis in employment and family
based immigration. Mr. Chung is a former Attorney
Advisor with the US Department of Justice, Executive Office for
Immigration Review in Los Angeles.
Before opening his law office, Mr. Chung practiced business related
and employment based immigration law at
a prominent firm in Irvine, California.
Mr. Chung was a speaker
at the 2008 Los Angeles HR Star
Conference for human resources managers. Mr. Chung presented
cutting-edge business immigration topics, including Solutions for the
H1B Quota Crisis, Best
Practices for I-9 Compliance, and Strategies for the Social Security
No-Match Letter.
Mr. Chung is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted
to practice before the US District Court for the Central District of
California and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Chung
graduated from the University of Southern California and obtained his
Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. He is a member
of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Los Angeles
Area Chamber of Commerce.
