Immigration News Update **Click Here**

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly INS) has
five Service Centers that process applications and petitions that do not
require a personal interview. The following is a list of the USCIS Service
Centers. Click on the USCIS Service Center that has jurisdiction over
the petitioner's place of residence to determine the approximate processing
time for your receipt date. The National Benefits Center (formerly, Missouri
Service Center) has jurisdiction over certain applications for residents
of all states. USCIS Service Center processing times are not binding and
may become retroactive. Certain applications and petitions may require
filing at an USCIS District Office or at a different Service Center than
indicated below. Please note that immigration laws change frequently;
please check with your attorney before making any decision regarding your
specific situation.
